A thirteen year old male was taken to the juvenile detention center after police found him putting bumper stickers on other people’s cars in downtown Delaware.
Forty-three year old James Stickworth was taken into custody after police saw him masturbating onto the window of the Nectar Candyland downtown.
Twenty four people were arrested outside the police station for disturbing the peace. They were booing the police and spitting on the station. A child was also reportedly putting bumper stickers on the police cars.
Sixty-eight year old Margaret Nelseyville was arrested after sodomizing one of her 14 year old students. She is a special education teacher at Delaware Hayes High School.
